We are happy to announce the addition of Double Laced Silver Barnevelders in 2023. We have been working on this breed for a while now and are finally able to offer them for sale.

Barnevelders are dual-purpose birds that are hardy and good foragers. These gorgeous hens have a double laced feather pattern that give them a stunning look. The roosters have a different stylized silver pattern with a green sheen on their dark feathers, and have docile, yet protective temperaments.

 

The hens lay 3-4 brown eggs a week, even in the winter time, and will always be happy to see you and greet you with their low-key chattiness.
